Customer Driven Service (Instructor's Training Module)

National RTAP's Customer Driven Service Instructor's Training Module focuses on teaching transit staff that interact with customers the importance of customer service, as well as providing them with the tools and training they need to provide excellent customer service regardless of the situation or the customer. This instructor's guide offers fast facts, best practices, exercises, quizzes and other guidelines to help drivers, dispatchers and other transit staff cultivate the best attitude for truly excellent customer service.

The instructor's component of Customer Driven Service includes the instructor's guide and instructor's disc, a DVD. DVDs that can be viewed on television DVD players are also available upon request to info@nationalrtap.org.

This module is a 2011 update of Building Customer Service.
