American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) has pages on Livable Communities and Transportation with extensive resources for older people, including newsletters, fact sheets, and interactive tools

National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) provides best practices around older adults and transportation

Senior Lifestyle's Alternative Transportation for Seniors provides information about and links to various transportation services geared toward older adults.
