Ms. Michia Casebier is President of M.G. Tech-Writing, LLC (MGT), a multimodal transportation planning, grant and technical writing sole proprietorship, that has funded nearly $20 million dollars in grants.  Steadfastly committed to livable community development and design, Michia has extensive experience developing/facilitating rural and tribal transit program trainings and completing safety and built-environment site visit assessments for bicycle/pedestrian access, Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plans, Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Route/Travel Plans, and Tribal Transportation Safety Plans.  Casebier has worked as a National Rural Transit Assistance Program (NRTAP) trainer since 2019, and completed the “Engaging with Tribes”  webpages found on the NRTAP’s website as a subcontractor to the KFH Group, Inc.  In addition to developing/facilitating 12 rural and Tribal Transit trainings in 10 states, Casebier facilitated more than 50 SRTS trainings, grant writing workshops, and community meetings in 28 Arizona and 6 Alaska communities, and has expertise in the comprehensive development of effective and engaging workshop activities, curricula, and training materials.
