Vince Franco is the Founder and Owner of Next Venture Consulting, LLC (NVC). He develops and facilitates the training sessions and provides consulting services and/or technical assistance. NVC has developed and facilitated several onsite multiple-day group training sessions on Grant Writing as well as Federal Grants Management and Grants-Based Budgeting for The Falmouth Institute. NVC has developed and recently facilitated several multiple-session webinars and virtual trainings for the Native Learning Center (NLC) - Seminole Tribe of Florida on Developing a Nonprofit Organization, Starting a Small Tribal Business, Basics of Grant Writing and Federal Grants Management. NVC has also developed and facilitated a full-day virtual training session on Fundamentals of Developing a Nonprofit Organization for the Navajo Nation’s Dine' Community Development Corporation. Several other training and technical assistance sessions are in development.


Before forming the NVC, Vince was the Compliance and Resource Development Director for the NLC from 2011 to retirement in August, 2022. In that capacity, he supervised a $9,000,000+ of aggregate award proceeds along with an annual $1,000,000+ federal formula funding award of the Indian Housing Block Grant from the Office of Native American Programs - U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He developed and supervised several other major funding awards for the NLC. Vince also developed and facilitated numerous onsite and virtual training programs and sessions on a nationwide basis for Native American Tribes, Tribal Entities and TDHEs in the areas of nonprofit and for-profit development and operation, board of director training, internal controls and compliance, grant writing, federal grants management, federal funding regulations, goal development and strategic planning, parliamentary procedure, Davis-Bacon Legislation and prevailing wage determinations, and many more.


Before joining the NLC, he was the Executive Director of the Marine Industry Education Foundation of Palm Beach County - a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization that supported youth programs. In that capacity, he developed and managed fundraising and outreach events, including conferences and workshops, specialized training programs, unique tournaments and outings, as well as scholarships and endowments, planned giving, and grants. And prior to Florida, for several years he was the Vice President of Education for Associated Builders and Contractors – a nationwide construction trades association.


Vince has a degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
