National RTAP Welcomes Three New Review Board Members

National RTAP is pleased to announce our newest Review Board members, whose terms begin at our spring meeting, which will be held in Alexandria, Virginia on April 21-23, 2025:

Katy Miller, Transit Programs Manager, Virginia Department of Rail & Public Transportation
Michele Smith, Transit Manager, Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribal Transit
Darrel Williams, Resource Director, Ninilchik Village Tribe

The National RTAP Review Board provides in-depth expertise and local perspectives to ensure that National RTAP products and services are of the highest quality, easily accessible, and useful for local transit operators and State RTAP managers.
