National RTAP Welcomes Jeremy Bell and Enjoli Dixon to our Team!

Jeremy Bell is the new National RTAP Tribal Transit Liaison. Jeremy was the Director of Choctaw Regional Transportation/Choctaw Transit for over 13 years. From 2012-2025, Jeremy served as the Mobility Manager for the EZTAG region and for Choctaw Transit before being promoted to Assistant Director in 2015 to 2021 and Director from 2021 to 2025. Jeremy is a Graduate of the Emerging Leaders Academy sponsored by the Community Transportation Association of America and served as a National RTAP Review Board Member from 2020 to 2025 before taking his new position in February 2025 as the Tribal Transit Liaison for National RTAP.


Prior to joining Choctaw Transit, Jeremy worked for the Mississippi Department of Employment Security from 2007- 2012 as the Business Outreach Specialist and served as an Unemployment Officer for Neshoba, Leake, Kemper, and Newton Counties.


Jeremy holds an associate degree from East Central Community College and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Southern Mississippi but credits his knowledge in the Transit Field to his mentor and former Mississippi Public Transportation Association board member, Mr. Billy Robertson. Jeremy’s vision is to utilize his expertise and knowledge in the transportation field to educate and train tribal and non-tribal transit agencies across the United States.

Enjoli Dixon headshot

Enjoli Dixon


Enjoli Dixon is the new National RTAP Rural Transit Project Manager. In this role she is responsible for providing technical assistance to rural, tribal and mobility management as well as eLearning product administration, outreach, training. Enjoli Dixon is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the design and transportation industry, both in the U.S. and internationally. She is renowned for her advocacy in public transit and mobility management, making significant contributions across public, private, and non-profit sectors, particularly through the Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility (CCAM).


Previously, she was a Project Associate and FTA Liaison for Regions 4 and 7 at the FTA National Center for Mobility Management, as well as a Technical Specialist II with the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center. In these roles, she led urban, rural, and tribal transportation projects and provided essential policy guidance and technical assistance to various transportation agencies and non-profits.


Enjoli began her transportation career at the University of Kansas with KU On Wheels, where she served as Transit Chair while also working at TranSystems Corporation on various projects, including bike/pedestrian initiatives and bus rapid transit. She later joined the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) as part of the Multimodal-Transit team and the Office of External Civil Rights. Throughout her career, she has led diverse projects ranging from ridesharing and bus rapid transit to major light rail initiatives and ADA planning.
